I didn't have time to blog today, as I was busy learning how to better structure my time. That's right -- a Franklin Covey class! I feel ready to tackle my email tomorrow in a new way, in the hopes that it will stop dictating my time at work. Anything to stop feeling so overwhelmed!
On another note, I've really gotten on track this week with healthier (and less) eating, in an effort to get myself back into better shape. To "keep me honest," I've added a tracker to the right side of my blog, showing how far along I am at any given time. I'll update it a few times a week when I have time. In the meantime, feel free to encourage me and tell me I'm doing the right thing. I'll cuddle with your comments while I dream of chocolate.
Goodnight sweet Bloggers!

I love Franklin Covey! Their products (Blooms) adorn my daytimer, which is the huge one by the way. Good luck on your weight loss...I might have to add that ticker to my blog. I've lost 10 so far, but have 70 to go. Keep up the good work!
I'm with you on the eating better thing. I normally gain about 5 lbs. during the school year but then lose it over the active summer. However, this summer, I've not been active!! (see my post from earlier this week: In Which I am Busted) So...three days ago, I started really exercising and eating right. It's going well so far. I'll be cheering you on!
A Franklin Covey CLASS??????? I can't even get near their displays in the American Greetings store without a "fraud" alarm" going off.
I'd be in the corner with the dunce cap on.Good for you.
Started my diet 3 days ago: Maybe this is just me, but "Zone Perfect" bars (peanutbutter chocolate) ROCK and totally fill me up (1 for breakfast, 1 for lunch)
